Ibrahima's Thoughts:
Vo tech has changed so much, so why not emcrbae a new name that celebrates this change ? Something along the lines, of Western PA Technology Training Center would give SCVT a name of its own that is more encompassing, while defeating any old, tired, leftover stereotyping from past decades. It would not take long to adjust to the new and proud name !
