Hi Julie!I am a big fan! I am currently in my first year of pyihscal therapy school and I wanted to ask you how you prepare your meals for the week. Like today after my strength program and wod I downed my usual zone paleo meal. I had an eight our class day as well as clinicals and I packed my regular snacks but yet I still feel hungry. I wanted to get your insight and tips on what you usually do! Thank you
