Ashley9779's Thoughts:
More than 80% of students are from North Carolina, so the social experience can be a little daunting for out-of-state students at first, but after an initial adjustment period the student experience is unparalleled. UNC is a fantastic place to spend 4 years, and I wouldn't trade my experience there for anything. My only criticism is that the career services department leaves a little bit to be desired. Students are pretty much on their own when it comes to finding jobs.
